아래 설치 안내를 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.
1) 다운로드 받은 설치파일을 업로드함
젠데스크 관리센터의 Zendesk Support 앱 메뉴에서 “비공개 앱 업로드” 버튼을 클릭하여 설치를 시작합니다.
2) 앱 이름에 “Matrix Talk 3.4” 입력하고 다운받은 파일을 선택하고 업로드합니다.
다운받은 앱 파일(MatrixTalk3.3-noText.zip)을 선택합니다.
업로드가 완료될 때까지 기다립니다.
3) Center Code에 부여받은 센터코드(주로 회사명이나 서비스명과 같음)를 입력합니다. Center Code를 모르는 경우 Matrix Cloud 헬프센터로 문의해 주세요.
