MatrixCloud 소프트폰은 자동으로 최신 버전으로 업데이트되는 기능을 지원합니다. 이 기능을 통해 업무에 지장을 주지 않으면서도 소프트폰이 항상 최신 상태를 유지할 수 있습니다.

업데이트는 프로그램을 재실행할 때만 진행되며, 이 과정에서 하위 버전까지 모두 포함된 최신 버전이 설치됩니다. 따라서 항상 최신 버전으로 유지되도록 부탁 드립니다.

MatrixCloud softphone supports automatic updates to the latest version. This feature allows the softphone to always stay up-to-date without disrupting your work. Updates only occur when the program is restarted, during which the latest version including all previous versions is installed. Therefore, please ensure that you always maintain the latest version.

소프트폰 필수 프로그램 마이크로소프트 비주얼 C++ 64비트 버전이 자동 설치됩니다. 설치가 완료 될 때까지 화면을 절대 닫으시면 안됩니다. (MAC 버전은 해당 사항 없음)
